Frequently Asked Questions
FAQ
How does the floating effect work?
The sleigh and base contain magnets that create a balanced field, suspending Santa and his reindeer in midair. Once you center the sleigh correctly over the base, it locks into a stable floating position with no strings or supports.
Is this safe around children and pets?
The Lumio Magic Flying Santa Sleigh is a decorative item, not a toy. Adult setup and supervision are recommended. Keep the magnetic components away from small children, pets, pacemakers, and magnet-sensitive electronics.
What's included in each bundle?
The Single Sleigh includes 1 complete flying-sleigh display. The Sleigh Duo includes 2 complete displays — perfect for gifting. The Sleigh Trio includes 3 displays for the best bundle value.
How difficult is the setup?
Setup is simple! Power on the illuminated base, then carefully center the sleigh above it until it locks into its floating position. Most customers are up and running in under 5 minutes.
How fast is shipping?
We process orders within 24-72 hours and deliver them within 6-15 days depending on your location, with tracked shipment included for your convenience.
